Jake is a software developer with over a decade of experience delivering applications to end users. He is new to healthcare but brings experience from cyber security, ecommerce, and research labs. He has battle scars from using cassandra in aws to stream terabytes of data in near real time, managed great (and terrible) kubernetes installations, and built the software an SEC football team used to bring social media onto jumbotrons to increase fan engagement online.
Jake's focus is on empowering our product teams to get their work into the hands of our customers. He believes that through self-service tooling, world class documentation, a customer success focused attitude, and a bit of elbow grease, product teams can be given super powers.
Jake and his wife have two dogs, fourty chickens, a market garden, and a restaurant in rural Mississippi. In his free time he tries to get away from it all by taking road trips to see his friends scattered around the country.
