Bradley is driven to make health a more seamless part of people's lives. An important focus is how to design care experiences in tandem with technology. Bradley is committed to ensure that digital care experiences work effectively for patients and clinicians. In addition to leading Inception, Bradley is on faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin Collaborative for Health Care Delivery Science. Bradley received MD and MPH degrees from Harvard, and is board certified in internal medicine and clinical informatics.
Dr. Crotty's scholarly work is in the area of clinical informatics with a special focus on developing innovation in healthcare, especially patient-facing informatics and technology. Dr. Crotty's lab's work centers on collaboration technology to enhance patient experience and care. The team uses a mixed-methods approach to answer many research and improvement questions, and has experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods, and user-centered design.
