Melek Somai is the principal in digital health engineering at Inception Health. He holds also the position of Assistant Professor of Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr Somai's expertise is in health informatics and data engineering.

Toni is a driven business operations leader with over 30 years of experience in back office, process automation, and project leadership. She is skilled in driving business transformations from seed stage to fortune 500 within the life sciences, healthcare, medical device, and SaaS markets. Toni enjoys the outdoors and is an avid football fan.

Anai Kothari is the Artificial Intelligence Lead at Inception Health. Anai is focused on improving health through innovation, ensuring responsible development, adoption, and deployment of technology. This centers on research, education, and enablement. In addition to his role at Inception, he is on faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin with an active surgical practice treating patients with advanced cancers and leads an AI-focused research laboratory.

David comes to Inception Health with over 20 years of technology experience, of which 17 years were invested in the health care field. David's passion is forward thinking technology and being able to link it to clinicians in a meaningful and innovative way.

Caitlin is the Executive Director of Population & Digital at Froedtert & the Medical College and Inception Health, managing the value-based payments and clinical integration strategy, population health care coordination operations and digital therapeutics delivery.

Patti is on a quest to be part of the team that will break through the barriers that come with the adoption of technology in health care. She comes from a diverse background with 30+ years experience having attended University of Maryland while serving in the United States Navy.

Jeff Mark is a Shareholder in the Health and Business Sections at Von Brieson. Jeff has extensive experience advising hospitals, multi-institutional health care systems, physician groups and specialty providers.

Lucy is a software engineer with 8 years experience, strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to collaborate in team-oriented environments. A former college basketball player, she brings discipline, resilience, and a natural aptitude for working toward shared goals. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time in the mountains of Colorado hiking and skiing with her partner, dog, and friends.

AJ is a software development engineer with 5 years of experience and a 15 year background in the healthcare industry. Born and raised in Idaho, AJ holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boise State University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Seattle University, with survey research in coal mining rescue robot localization and optimization.

Derek Keith is a software engineer with 17 years of experience in crafting innovative web and mobile applications. His passion lies in creating user experiences that leave a lasting impact on people's daily lives. Beyond the world of coding, Derek finds joy in quality time spent with his wife and daughter.

Abhi is a software engineer with industry experience in everything from healthcare to aerospace. A University of Washington Computer Science graduate, he is passionate about engineering as a whole and is always seeking new challenges. In his free time, he loves exploring the corners of Seattle and riding his bike everywhere.

Ricky has been a software engineer for many different industries over the years and is excited to be back in healthcare helping improve people's lives. Ricky resides in the snowy mountains of Colorado and outside of work spends time mountain biking and skiing.

Emily s a Senior Product Manager with a diverse background in strategy, analytics, and customer communication. With experience at companies like CVS Health and Zeta Interactive, Emily has led efforts to modernize data interpretation, drive customer behavior change communications, and implement omni-channel strategies.

Varun comes to Inception Health with 15 years of experience in Information Technology. His areas of expertise include Software Engineering, Product Management and Systems Integration. He is passionate about improving the quality of Healthcare using technology especially on building solutions around what patients need (instead of around what providers do).

With 17 years of experience in designing and developing web-based properties, I am a seasoned UX/UI Designer. Over the past 7 years, my focus has been on leveraging UX methodologies to create customer-centric solutions. Throughout the design process, I am dedicated to contributing and collaborating, striving to continuously improve digital experiences.

Andreas is a Physical Therapist, innovator, and startup enthusiast with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of FinTech and HealthTech. His journey began in clinical care, where he solved a meaningful problem for Jupiter Medical Center—applying hands-on therapy and health services to accelerate patient recovery and improve outcomes. Andreas focuses on making people’s lives better by building prototypes powered by artificial intelligence.

Seth is a Healthcare IT and Clinical Informatics expert who connects clinical practice with technology solutions. With 10+ years in digital healthcare transformation, he aligns EHR strategies with organizational goals to enhance patient outcomes and provider experience. His diverse clinical background in surgery, neurological ICU, long-term care, and hospice provides valuable insight for developing patient-centered healthcare technology solutions.

Sarah is the Supervisor of the Digital Support Team at Froedtert Health, bringing over 12 years of experience within the organization. With a strong foundation in Health Information Management, she has played a key role in supporting teams through multiple iterations of the Epic system.

Linda brings over 16 years of dedicated service to Froedtert Health, with the majority of her career focused on providing exceptional direct patient care. For the past five years, she has leveraged her extensive clinical experience to serve patients as a valued member of the Digital Support team, where she helps patients navigate healthcare technology solutions to enhance their care experience.

Natrice brings over a decade of experience in healthcare to our Digital Support team. As a seasoned Technical Support Specialist, she plays a key role in assisting patients navigating our digital platforms, including our apps and websites.

Serita is an experienced digital support specialist with extensive expertise in healthcare technology, specializing in optimizing user experience across Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin's digital ecosystem and the MyChart patient portal.

Carla is dedicated and compassionate about supporting patients to navigate their online health portal. With nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, patient satisfaction remains the top priority.

Dr. Imran Andrabi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Froedtert ThedaCare and as the Board Chair of Inception Health. With extensive leadership experience in healthcare systems, Dr. Andrabi is dedicated to advancing innovative healthcare solutions and digital transformation to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Steve Basilotto serves as chief experience officer for Froedtert Health, charged with identifying and executing leading edge opportunities to provide customers, patients and staff with an experience they want and value.

Dr. Ian Schwartz serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for Froedtert ThedaCare Health and Senior Associate Dean of Quality for the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Medicine. He provides leadership for clinical quality and safety, population health, disease management, care coordination, clinical integration, clinical informatics and enterprise analytics.

Mark Thompson, MBA, serves as Chief Transformational Investments and Value Integration Officer for Froedtert ThedaCare Health. He identifies healthcare trends, influences strategy and partners internally and externally to drive investments and transformation in healthcare delivery. He leads the enterprise's investment portfolio of initiatives and projects focused on healthcare transformation.
