Brooke is driven to make health a more seamless part of people's lives. An important focus is how to design care experiences in tandem with technology. Brooke is committed to ensure that digital care experiences work effectively for patients and clinicians. Brooke received MD and MPH degrees from Harvard, and she is board certified in internal medicine and clinical informatics.
Dr. Crotty's scholarly work is in the area of clinical informatics with a special focus on developing innovation in healthcare, especially patient-facing informatics and technology. Her lab's work centers on collaboration technology to enhance patient experience and care. The team uses a mixed-methods approach to answer many research and improvement questions, and has experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods, and user-centered design.
